Service Agreement:

When you engage Everest Panes Window Cleaning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms form a legally binding contract between you (the client) and Everest Panes (the service provider). Please take a moment to review these terms carefully.

Payment:

Payment for our window cleaning services is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including direct deposit, and cash. Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees.

Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee ($24). We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and serve all our valued customers effectively.

If cancelation occurs during job, customer will need to pay $60hr for every hour the cleaner works at your property due to our cleaners going to a job expecting to finish it from the start.

Service Guarantee:

At Everest Panes, we take great pride in our work and are committed to delivering exceptional results. We guarantee the quality of our window cleaning services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the results of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a complimentary re-cleaning to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Safety:

The safety of our team and clients is of utmost importance to us. We kindly request that you ensure our window cleaning team has clear and safe access to all windows requiring service. If there are any potential safety hazards in the vicinity of the windows, please communicate this information to us in advance so that we can take appropriate precautions. We adhere to industry-standard safety practices and will exercise caution at all times.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy and take the protection of your personal information seriously. Any information you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number, or payment details, will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our window cleaning services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Liability:

We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during our window cleaning services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or structural issues that may become apparent during our work. We will, of course, exercise care and diligence in our work to minimise any risks to your property

Weather Conditions:

Window cleaning is typically not affected by weather conditions, except in the case of lightning, heavy storms or extreme temperatures. If those instances occur, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Safety and the quality of our work are paramount, and we appreciate your understanding if rescheduling is necessary.

Service Areas:

Currently, Everest Panes Window Cleaning serves the the Hills District, Sydney Region. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us to inquire about service availability.

Changes to Terms:
